Late, Missing or Stolen Packages?
Once your package has left my possession and is in the hands of USPS, I am no longer responsible for lost, stolen or late delivery. If your package is missing or hasn't arrived in a timely manner, please contact your local Post Office with your tracking # handy. I am happy to check the status of your package from my end as well. At this time, I am unable to refund or replace missing packages.
Can I purchase more than 1/2 yard of fabric in one piece?
Yes! All fabric is sold in 1/2 yard increments, cut continuously when ordering multiples. (Example: If you want 1 yard add a quantity of 2 to your cart, 1 1/2 yards = Qty 3, 2 yards = Qty 4, Etc...)

When will my purchase ship?
Most orders placed before 12:00 noon MST, Monday through Saturday, will ship the very same day. Otherwise, your order will ship the next business day.
What about naturally occurring flaws found in the fabric?
Let's face it, none of us are perfect! We do try our best to catch large flaws or manufacturing defects, however, minor flaws may sneak past us every so often. In most cases, your final project won't be compromised, but if you have an issue, please feel free to contact us and we're happy to help!

Fabric shipped was just as depicted. Order shipped quickly and fabric was sealed in a plastic bag - this is important when shipping fabric to ensure it's not damaged if the outer package is compromised during shipment. Not all sellers do this and I appreciate the extra step to make sure the item is delivered in good condition.

Super fast shipping and attractively packaged! As I was opening the kit I found each fabric was also labeled with a letter corresponding to the pattern!! I have never seen that done by anyone. Worth 10 stars if I could give them! I will definitely re-visit this store soon!
